CARE INFORMATION
Plant pots
- You can use a damp cloth or wet wipe to clean your plant pot, do not submerge it in water.
- When placing a plant into your pot, make sure the plant is in a nursery pot first. Do not put soil directly into your plant pot.
- All plant pots are for indoor use only.
Earrings
- You can use a damp cloth or wet wipe to clean your earrings.
- Keep them away from intense heat.
- Make sure to remove your earrings before both sleeping and bathing.
- You can use a damp cloth or wet wipe to clean your homeware product.
- All homeware pieces have been sealed in a water based sealant to ensure excellent water repellency, though the items are water repellent, they are not waterproof so do not submerge them in water.
- All homeware is for indoor use only, these products are not weatherproof.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are available on all homeware products other than wall hanging pieces.
It can take 7-10 working days for your order to be created, however, I will give you an estimation when you first enquire.
A £5 non refundable deposit will be taken for any custom plant pot orders.
How to make a custom order:
- Email or send a message to me on Instagram/Facebook with a photo or name of the product you’d like to be customised
- Give a detailed description of the colours and pattern that you’d like your product to be in, send a photo of the specific colours so i can try to make them
- I’ll then let you know if I think I’ll be able to create the order for you
- Once I’ve created the item/s I’ll send some photos of it/them to you
- If you’re happy with the finished product then you can head over to the ‘Custom Orders’ section and make your purchase via the website
SHIPPING
Processing Time
- Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed.
- If you place your order on a Friday it will most likely be shipped the following Tuesday.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping can take 3 to 5 working days to arrive after you have received your shipping confirmation.
- Express delivery can take 1 to 3 working days to arrive after you have received your shipping confirmation.
Refunds/Returns
- I only issue refunds if your order has arrived damaged or there is a manufacturing fault.
- Please keep in mind that every item is handmade and though I try my hardest to make them as perfect as possible, I have a severe visual impairment so most handmade products have their slight imperfections.
